Spicy and sour fish curry (Mon Style)

This week, I would like to introduce with Spicy and sour Mon traditional fish curry. This curry is well known among Mon traditional curry. Curry without oil can give you better taste and good for health also. If you have a chance, let have a try.

Rakhine style Chicken curry

I choose Rakhine traditional chicken curry for this week. It doesn′t need oil, garlic and onion. Main ingredients are fish or shrimp paste, green chili and tamarind juice. Better serve with white rice and also can drink as soup. If you have a chance, let try for once.
