Wintermelon Salad

This is a very special salad. Although Myanmar people usually cook water melon as a soup with pork or chicken, but I going to make a salad with grilled prawn, lime juice, green chilli and grinded pea nut. Strong taste of hot chilli and fresh lime juice is mix together with medicinal water melon.

Peppered River Catfish Curry

Because of less bony and easy to eat, river catfish is favor to who don’t want to mess around to fillet with bones. River catfish curry is season with onion leaves and pepper to get special flavor.
