I would like to introduce how to cook the spicy and sour fish curry. This curry doesn’t need oil.So it is better health. Cooking with saw-leaf herbs and lemon grass make mouth-watering delicious. Me and my family like it very much. If you have a chance should try it for once.

Pork with Badalkaw

Although pork is one of popular meat eat in Myanmar, the curry I gonna show you have one very different ingredient that make the curry pop up from other. That ingredient is call Batalkaw. Like ginger or lemon grass, batakaw cannot eat directly but it can change a dish to delicious flavor.
