U-21 national football team formed for Brunei Challenge Cup 1704

THE Myanmar U-21 national football team has been selected to compete for the Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy in the annual tourney in Brunei for ASEAN youth, according to the Myanmar Football Federation.
        The team will be led by head coach U Kyi Lwin, the former Myanmar football star.
        The newly formed Myanmar U-21 team consists of Bhone Thitsar Min, Tun Nanda Oo, Naing Lin Tun in the keeper position.
        In the defence line will be Thurein Soe, Thet Paing Htwe, Y Yint Aung, Aung Wunna Soe, Than Htike Soe, Soe Moe Kyaw, Zaw Win Maung, Win Moe Kyaw, Heing Htet Sithu and Kyaw Thu Htun.
        In the middle position are Ye Naing Oo, Soe Lwin Lwin, Myat Tun Thit, Zeyya Naing, Zwe Thet Paing, Lwin Moe Aung, Pyae Sone Naing, Myat Kaung Khant and Hein Htet Aung.
        The well-known young football stars Win Naing Tun, Myat Kaung Mhan and Zin Min Tun are in the striking positions. The Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy for ASEAN Youth Football Championship is a football tournament for youth players from ASEAN member nations under the age of 21 years.
        The tournament is organised by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam in collaboration with the ASEAN Football Federation. The tournament was first launched in 2002.
        The tourney starts on 20 April and ends on 5 May. Myanmar won the tournament in 2014.
