This dish is usually served together with main course. In Myanmar tradition course, there is no appetizer server before main course. Appetizer is served as a side dish in the main course. As it named, this dish is with strong taste in sour, hot and also hot.
|Fresh tamarind fruid||- 80 g|
|Dried crush chilli||- 15 g|
|Oil||- 160 g|
|Sun dried prawn||- 1/4 teacup|
|Peanut||- 1/4 teacup|
|Preserved fish paste||- 1 teaspoon|
|Green Chilli||- 5|
Fresh tamarind fruits must be rinsed and crushed.
Get dried prawn ready by crushing them after they were soften in hot water for a few minutes. Make the fish paste mixture by adding water.
Crush garlics, onions and peanuts.
Spray a little bit of water on dried crushed chilli.
