Spicy and sour fish curry

I would like to introduce how to cook the spicy and sour fish curry. This curry doesn’t need oil.So it is better health. Cooking with saw-leaf herbs and lemon grass make mouth-watering delicious. Me and my family like it very much. If you have a chance should try it for once.


Ingredients

Fish - 30 gram
Onion, Garlic - 1 no., 2 cloves
Green Chili - 15 no. (To taste)
Lemon grass - 1 no.
Saw-Leaf Herbs - a little
Salt, Turmeric Powder, Dashi Powder, pepper - ½ tea spoon each

Fish Paste

- ½ tbsp.

Dried Marian

-(to taste)
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Clean all fish with water thoroughly and slice diagonally on both side. Mix with half teaspoon of salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.
  2. Put mixture of pounded onion and chili together with crashed lemon grass into cooking pan. Add half tablespoon of fish paste and 2 cup of water and cook until boil.
  3. Add fish into the boiling pan and cap the pan and cook for about 2 and 3 minutes.
  4. When the fish cooked properly, add pounded marian together with pepper, crashed garlic. Adjust for better taste and add dushi powder as needed.
  5. The fish is properly cooked and the taste is good enough then you can put saw-leaf herbs on top. After that transfer fish curry to serving dish and ready to serve with family or friends.
