Fried spinach

As a side dish, I would like to introduce fried spinach with dried shrimp. Spinach is good for health and dried shrimp make the dish more sweeter and better taste. If you have a change try and cook one time for your family.


Ingredients

Spinach - 1 band
Dried shrimp - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 pcs
Turmeric powder - a little
Salt and seasoning powder - 1/2 tea spoon each
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Clean spinach thoroughly with water and cut them in pieces and make ready to fry.
  2. Slice onion and pounded dried shrimp a little roughly.
  3. When everything ready to fry, heat the pan and oil. When the oil getting hot add sliced onion,turmeric powder and salt and stirs continuously until the onion getting soft.
  4. When the onion become soft, add dried shrimp and stir fry 4, 5 times.
  5. Add spinach and mix with oil, add dashi powder (or chicken powder) to taste. Add 1/2 cup of water to make vegetable softer.
  6. When the water getting dry then the fried spinach is ready eat. Transfer to serving dish and ready to serve your family members.
