Fried Long Bean with Prawn 

As a side dish, I would like to introduce Fried long bean and prawn. Someone who do not like oily curry should try this one with white rice. Please try for once, your family member will also love it.


Ingredients
Long bean - 20 pcs
Prawn - 30 g
Onion - 1 pcs
Garlic - 3 clove
Vegetable oil - 3 table spoons
Soya sauce (dark) - 1 table spoon
Salt - 1 tea spoon
Dashi powder - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - a little

The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Clean and make ready the prawns and make it ready to cook. Chopped long bean into 2 inches piece diagonally as shown in figure.
  2. Preheat the pan and add 3 table spoons of oil. When the oil getting hot add onion, garlic and turmeric powder, salt together and stir fry until the slide onions turning to golden brown. Adding salt while heating oil to maintain the vegetable’s green color.
  3. Set aside the fried onion and add prawns to hot oil pan. Stir fired for 5 to 6 times and keep them in a separate boul.

  5. Add chopped long bean into the pan fired together with onion. Add few water if you want to make long bean more soften. Add soya sauce and dashi powder to taste. If you wish you can use chicken powder, seasoning powder or sugar instead of dashi powder.
  6. When the water reduce and the slice long bean became soft, add stir fried prawns and soya sauce and fry up and down together about a minute to combine.

  8. After that you get tasty fried long bean with prawn. Transfer to serving dish and it is ready to serve with your family.
